At Rivor Wear, our goal is to keep quality workwear affordable, reliable, and accessible for hardworking people.
In today’s world, running large warehouses in expensive locations drives prices through the roof.
We had two choices:

Raise prices and charge high shipping fees,

Or move our logistics closer to our manufacturing partners — and pass those savings on to you.
We chose the second option.
Thanks to that decision, we can offer a wider selection, better prices, and free tracked shipping on most orders.
All we ask in return is a few extra days of patience while your gear makes its way to you.
How long does delivery take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
After that, your package is handed over to UPS or USPS for tracked delivery right to your door.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local carrier speed.
During busy seasons (like holidays or sales events), delivery may take a few extra days — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated with tracking details.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
All prices on our website are listed exclusive of import taxes or customs fees (if applicable).
For U.S. customers, these fees rarely apply.
However, if you’re ordering from outside the U.S., please note that any import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If required, your local postal or courier service (such as UPS or USPS) may collect these fees directly from you upon delivery.
